Activities

Our Regular Activities:

As well as our Sunday services there is a regular programme of activities to which all are welcome.

 

Home Bible Study Group: Wednesday 7.45 for 8.00 pm

The Bible Study Group meets in members’ homes to to discuss various aspects of the bible. During Lent the Methodists join us and a study course is followed. For more information please email the link on our contact page.

 

Prayer Cells: Monday 10 till 11am. Fridays 9-30 till 10-30am

Prayer Walking: 2nd Monday in the month

Ladies Lunches: Wednesday 15th February 12.15 pm

Knit and Natter: Tuesday afternoons 2 - 4pm

Lunch Bunch: Thursday 12-1.30pm

During term time, Lunch Bunch for mums, dads or carers with pre-school children. Fancy eating out once a week? Then come to St Peter’s Church Centre for lunch, a chat, activities, bible stories and songs for the 0-5 aage group. A small charge is made to cover the cost of food. Just drop in at 12 o'clock any term time Thursday with your child or go to our contact page and email for more information.

 

Messy Church:

Messy Church is run in conjunction with the Methodist Church in Tollerton. It’s an opportunity for people of all ages, who find Sunday church doesn’t suit them for a variety of reasons, to meet together for creative activities, games, a shared meal and a time of worship.

We will be meeting one Friday each month:

Next meeting February 24th at 4.30pm to app. 6.00pm

at the Methodist Church Hall, Burnside Grove.

 

Everyone is very welcome, but children need to be accompanied by a parent. There will be no charge, but donations for the meal would be appreciated.
